Teeth Whitening

We provide dentistry for children beginning at the age of four. By that age, most children are receptive to any necessary procedures. We are careful to build their trust and confidence as we take x-rays, examine, and clean their teeth. For older children, we recommend an application of protective sealant on permanent teeth. If your child is uncomfortable with our Doctors or Staff we are happy to recommend a Pedodontist. (A dentist specializing in Children's Dentistry.) The many procedures we provide for children include examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, protective sealants, and restorative work.

Soft Tissue Management

Periodontal gum Disease is a silent disease that affects the soft tissue beneath the gum line. If left untreated it often causes bone loss around the roots of the teeth, causing them to become loose and making it difficult to chew. In its early stages, gum disease is generally painless, but over time, can lead to tooth loss, and/or more serious types of infection. A thorough examination is required to detect the disease before more serious damage occurs. Chronic bad breath, bleeding, red and puffy gums are early signs of the disease and recent studies have shown that gum disease may be linked to heart disease and premature labor in pregnant women. Treatment is simple when detected early and regular cleanings can help eliminate causes by removing build-up and tarter beneath the gum line. STM (soft tissue management) can help prevent bone and tooth loss and help you to keep your teeth for a lifetime.
